The apron for friends who love treasures from the past, with their load of history.

A beautiful antique linen cloth, hand-woven on a loom, light and very fresh, which I was lucky enough to come across during one of my searches at an antiques market in the Tuscan province and which comes from an old wardrobe belonging to my grandmother.

The front panel of the skirt is embellished with a wonderful lace panel that runs parallel to the hem, excellently executed by expert hands that must have spent a lot of time in its creation. It is a lace that is not easy to find and is very precious, I can in fact say that I have not seen many so particular in my working life.
The same panel of the skirt is also present on the pockets, a detail that further enriches this apron, making it truly beautiful and refined.

The model is the classic one by Cecibirbona, with a wide bodice that continues into two gathered panels connected on the sides by two bows.

A youthful, yet classic apron, truly suitable for all ages.
Actually, calling it an apron is an understatement, it's a real dress, beautiful.
A gift to give to a bride, a daughter or a granddaughter, to add a unique object to her trousseau.
Just as it could be a beautiful Christmas or birthday present.
An apron to wear on special occasions, on anniversaries that matter.

Or a summer dress, to wear at the beach.

The fit is comfortable, making it suitable for all sizes.
You can see it on the site worn in two different ways, looser or more fitted to the body, so you can adjust it according to your taste and body type.

The fabric is a pure antique linen woven on a loom and hand embroidered, with its original lace, from the second half of the nineteenth century.

Any small defects in the fabric or small stains are not to be considered defects, they are evidence of the past life of this fabric. Appreciate them, they will tell you about other lives, other people and other times.

One size fits all. You see it worn by me who is 1.64 m tall.
