Shipments

Shipments are made by courier, usually with Poste Italiane Business and are tracked, fast and safe and also inexpensive throughout Italy. The courier usually takes 1-5 days to deliver in Italy.

If you want the package to be sent to a different address than the one indicated, please contact me or insert it in the notes for the buyer.

Ready-to-wear items will be shipped in 4/5 days, while made-to-order items will be shipped within the announced and agreed times.

Important: remember to always provide me with a telephone number because I must indicate it in the waybill, of which I will provide you with the number, so that you can follow the journey of your package.

Orders shipped abroad are usually shipped with DHL and are delivered in 3/6 working days and in any case vary according to the country of destination.

Any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Items are shipped neatly packaged and sent by carrier. I ship by DHL usually, sometimes by Federal Express.

The item(s) will be shipped to the address specified in your order. If you need to have the package sent somewhere else please write the address in the note to seller.

I try to ship orders as soon as possible, it normally takes working 4/5 days, for available items.

Made to order items might take 1 week. I always contact customers to let them know when their order has been shipped. International shipping time is not easy to establish.

Shipping from Italy to Europe generally takes around 3/4 days. Shipping to North America around 4/6 days by DHL, the rest of the world around 4/8 days.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Also if the buyer does not accept/pick up a package and the parcel is shipped back to the sender, then the buyer covers all return shipping costs.
