That's how I brought with me this beautiful double bed sheet in a nice white cotton that is richly embroidered.
An incredible embroidery work, unimaginable the hours that must have been spent to make it.
It is perfectly preserved, certainly never used.
Instead, it is a beautiful set that must be used, as it is made of beautiful cotton, which will be wonderful to sleep in.
What my grandmother said were “real naps”!
The entire flounce of the sheet is richly embroidered with a country motif featuring bunches of grapes, leaves, interweavings and tendrils and openwork, all hand-embroidered using cutwork.
The two pillowcases are large and have a scalloped edge and embroidered front corners. They are also beautiful.
Sheet measurements: approximately 216 x 260 cm.
