Antique mattress fabric apron
Antique mattress fabric apron
An apron made from a beautiful vintage fabric that was once used to line wool mattresses.
A light brown and beige striped cotton that takes us to another era.
I was lucky enough to find a very old but in excellent condition mattress cover during one of my wanderings through the vintage markets of Tuscany.
And here is another of my kitchen outfits, one of my favorites, beautiful, an apron with a strong character and strong connotation.
A nice gift for your girlfriend or mom.
This apron is made from a beautiful original vintage raw cotton fabric, a striped fabric that was used to line mattresses.
The model includes a bodice to which a rich gathered skirt is attached; the front and back are tied with two side bows. It is worn from above in a very practical way, even without undoing the side bows every time.
It features a convenient pocket to carry with you everything you need for working in the garden or small objects that may be useful in the kitchen.
The fit is loose and comfortable, so it can be worn over skirts and trousers, but is at the same time very feminine.
Hand or machine washable at 30 degrees. Do not spin.
One size fits all.
One of a kind.
